• Our house in Ohio had remained on the market already for 4 months before my wife was offered a job in Indianapolis.  Because the salary was significantly higher than her current job, it seemed a no-brainer to pack up our things and wish for the best.  Little did we know, we’d pay a mortgage and rent for the next 18 months!

   

  We went through two realtors before finding Chad.  The first realtor’s advice was the most damaging, as we had put our home on the market without properly preparing it for showings.  We had absolutely no experience with selling a home, so what seemed ok for us, we figured would be ok for any potential buyers.  Boy were we wrong!  Our first realtor was inexperienced and that lack thereof literally cost us thousands of dollars in the end.

   

  The second realtor was an old friend who needed the listing, as she had fallen on hard times in her personal life.  Well, her personal life seemed to take precedence in the end and again, thousands of dollars were lost.

   

  My wife and I finally decided to do more research on our next realtor.  We had everything to lose at this point, so finding someone who was as resourceful as he/she was creative and reliable, was critical.  We found all these things in Chad.  He impressed us right away with his professionalism and courtesy.  He was more than willing to do the “leg work” for us, as we now lived 165 miles away from our house!  Several times, Chad went out of his way to do things that our previous realtors merely relayed to us as “problems to fix” or “issues to address”.  Chad made it happen.  Chad sold our house for us by actively participating in the entire process! 

   

  If you are buying or selling a home, we would strongly recommend Chad as your realtor.  He will certainly communicate with you professionally.  And Chad will ultimately save you money and  potential headaches.
